HBS International Ltd. is an independent Exploration & Production Oil Company. HBS started its activity in Egypt in 1997 and has adopted State of Art technologies such as 3D seismic. Five 3D seismic surveys have been acquired and processed, which led to the drilling of more than one hundred and twenty wells, and seven discoveries in South Dabaa Area. HBS discoveries include deep new Jurassic targets, which are considered as a huge leap in the exploration and development in the Western Desert.

HBS International Ltd. activities are not restricted to Egypt, but also expand to cover other countries in the Middle East, such as Tunisia "HBS Oil Co." (first production started on July, 2006) and Syria "HBSIS Ltd." (new Exploration Block XXII-Al Raqqah Concession).
