Cleantech ETF (PZD) that tracks the Cleantech Index (CTIUS) moves to NYSE

Previously traded on American Stock Exchange since 2006

New York – October 5th, 2008 - The Invesco PowerShares Cleantech exchange traded fund (ETF) (NYSE: PZD) has moved to the New York Stock Exchange. The index underlying PZD, The Cleantech Group's Cleantech Index™ (Amex: CTIUS) will remain listed on the American Stock Exchange (Amex).

The PowerShares Cleantech ETF (PZD) moved to the NYSE Arca from the Amex effective September 29, 2008. The move came as a result of the merger of the Amex and NYSE Euronext, the parent of NYSE Arca. On Oct. 1, 2008, the Amex and NYSE Euronext announced that their transaction had successfully closed. CTIUS had been listed on the Amex since February 2006. The PowerShares Cleantech ETF (PZD) had been trading on the Amex since October 2006. 

Current shareholders are not required to take any actions as a result of this change.
