Symposium on Biotechnology for Fuels and Chemicals in New Orleans

Due to event attendance doubling last year, the 30th Symposium is expected to modify the meeting format to accomodate over 80 presentations in 12 dual technical sessions. Talks are expected to revolve around biomass, from developing feedstocks to federal and state support for deploying current technologies.

One Tuesday evening session is expected to be devoted to the plans and expectations of newly emerging bioenergy centers around the world.
