AWEA and CanWEA Wind and Transmission Workshop in Detroit

Jointly hosted by the American Wind Energy Association and the Canadian Wind Energy Association, discussions will cover the potential for wind energy expansion in both countries. Among the topics to be covered are overcoming transmission challenges how interconnection standards will affect wind projects.

The event will be co-chaired by Manitoba Hydro's David Jacobson and PPM Energy's Don Furman.
