A second annual Algae Biomass Summit intends to explore and discuss the use of algae as a feedstock for biofuels and other sustainable commodities.

This year’s agenda promises to touch on issues critical to this industry, including the commercial viability of algae production, current government and private initiatives, evolving technologies, processing concepts, and venture and project finance.

The summit anticipates 400 algal technologists, producers, scientists, investors and policy makers to be in attendance.
