The Government of Korea need a very progressive and agressive forwrad planning not only to have teh mandatory of Blending policy but also the significant clear picture of the governmental subsidies policy.
BDF(B100) derived from any Bio Plant Oil will be at any time much more expensive than the mineral/fossil diesel .
It is impossible for BDF business to survive competing witht he elast cost of mineral diesel without teh substantial of governmental subsidies both productiona nd consumer subsidies like what did happen in all successful countries having BDF mandated.
