The whole economics of producing paper in Canada seem to be hurting at the moment - recyled or un-recyled. Catalyst are cutting back staff in BC. The forestry industry is also shutting down mills by the day. Gordon Campbell atributes some of this to the strong Canadian dollar. I know that some mills are talking about converting to producting cellulosic ethanol feed stock.
