How can I hlep a farmer in Ethiopia? They have a river near by and want to pump water to the village of 500 huts. They farm 4 acres. They do not have money to buy diesel. The village is about an hour away from Addis Ababa. I have connection wih a U.S. State Department worker in Addis. The farmer has asked for a solar pump and pipe. What questions do I ask the farmer? What will he do to help? How can I get a project going and continue it after the State Department Worker leave? Who can do the project in Ethiopia?
