If they talked to anyone at Lockheed-Martin or Boeing who had ever had anything to do with satellites, and those with such experience did anything but fall off their chairs laughing, I would be very surprised.
If there was a serious listener, and that is the level of expertise we depend on for military space programs, we have a serious defense problem.
