Creating Cleantech Clusters: 2006 Update

This report finds that the cleantech industry can be a major driver for new investment and job growth throughout the United States.  Below are a few of the report's findings:

Finding 1: Cleantech is a rapidly growing industry, with strong fundamental drivers.

Finding 2: Cleantech is fast becoming a mainstream investment category.

Finding 3: Two primary U.S. cleantech regions have formed in California and the Northeast.  A third cleantech region appears to be emerging in the Midwest.
