This ticket type is available to individuals who are part of an investment team (e.g. VC, PE, Family Office, etc.) or who work in large corporations (be that in the CVC function or elsewhere).
You’ll enjoy access to all general sessions, various networking opportunities, as well as appointment-making opportunities on our mobile app, plus:
- (Members Only) Facilitated introductions and meetings – to maximize your opportunities of finding future partners, you can ask us to make up to five introductions.

Innovator Tickets
This ticket type is available to all start-ups, scale-ups, and entrepreneurs.

Regular Tickets
This ticket type is available to all others who are not innovators, investors or at a large corporation. You might be public sector or at a service firm including law firms, advisory firms, insurance firms, consulting firms, etc.

Your Forum Registration Fee Includes:

Discounts
Please contact us for the following discount codes to use during registration:
- Cleantech Group Members: Our members receive 20% off the ticket price.
- Government/Non-Profit Representatives: We offer a discount rate for government employees and non-profit representatives. Send us the name of your organization and verification of your government or non-profit status.
- Group Discount: If your organization or company brings three or more participants, we offer special group rates on the going rate for Innovator, Investor/Corporate, and Regular ticket types.
- For groups of three, we offer a 10% discount; for groups of 4, we offer a 15% discount; and for groups of 5+, we offer a 20% discount. Contact us for a discount code to use during registration.
Please note that only one discount type/code can be applied against the standard rates published above. Cleantech Group reserves the right to reject any registrations where a double discount has been applied or the individual was not entitled to use a discount code.

Volunteer
Are you in business school or a graduate program? Apply to volunteer at Cleantech Forum Asia and get access to networking and learning opportunities. Please note that this opportunity is limited to those still in school, with occasional exceptions made for recent graduates.
Terms & Conditions

Substitutions:
- A request to transfer a registration to a colleague should be made in writing any time up to two working days before the event start date, via our contact form.
- Cleantech Group reserves the right to deny a request for such a substitution but will not unreasonably do so.
Cancellation by You:
- Participants wishing to cancel their registration must do so in writing. Applicable refunds (or future credits) for participant cancellations are outlined as follows:
- Cancellations made by March 10 at 5:00 pm ET will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made between March 11 and April 10 at 5:00 pm ET will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee paid (or 75% can be applied as a credit to a future Cleantech Group event within 12 months of the cancellation date).
- Cancellations made after April 10 at 5:00 pm ET (including No Show or No Notice), will receive no refund of any sort.
- After the cancellation cutoff date, payments made are not refundable for any reason, including, illness or change of plans. We will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.
Changes or Delays to In-Person Events:
- All of our events are built with the ability to deliver them, even if we must convert in-person experiences into virtual ones.
- In the event that Cleantech Group changes or delays an in-person event for safety or viability reasons, we will not issue a refund. Instead, we will provide equivalent value. This will be delivered either through a credit for the full value of the ticket, valid for 12 months, or by converting the event to an online format and increasing the number of tickets to match the original value.
Cancellation by Cleantech Group:
- Cleantech Group shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations, including event cancellation, where performance is made impossible, illegal, or commercially impracticable due to causes beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government-mandated restrictions. In such instances, payments are non-refundable due to significant non-recoverable event costs already incurred. Cleantech Group is not liable for any incidental expenditures, damages, or losses (such as travel or accommodation) incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.
