Explore San Diego’s Mission Bay
This year’s venue is conveniently located 10 minutes from San Diego International Airport and 15 minutes from downtown San Diego. The venue offers guests well-appointed sleeping rooms, modern and flexible meeting space, and it will be a great location to achieve everyone’s meeting goals with the amazing backdrop of Mission Bay.
Mission Bay is a manmade bay with roughly 2,000 acres of wetlands, marsh, and saltwater bay habitat.
Outdoor Activities
With 19 miles of beaches, Mission Bay is a sanctuary for beach goers. Have a relaxing picnic or play a game of beach volleyball!
- Visit Mission Bay Aquatic Center for water sport experiences – sailing, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, windsurfing, and more!
- Runners and cyclists can enjoy 12 miles of paved bayside paths.
- You can also do morning yoga at the resort or even rent a bike or have fun on the water.
Museums & Entertainment
Belmont Park – A family friendly historical amusement park, with various rides and restaurants.
Balboa Park – An urban park boasting seasonal flowers and Spanish Colonial Revival palaces.
USS Midway – A museum in San Diego, located at Navy Pier on a retired aircraft carrier. It features extensive exhibits, including aircraft on the flight deck, and provides a look into the ship’s history with a free audio tour.

The Gaslamp Quarter – Charming area with restaurants and stores.
Old Town – It is where California began. The Old Town Historic State Park has some cool sites in it and the Mormon Battalion Historic Site and Heritage Park Victorian Village are worth seeing too.
Pacific Beach – A relaxed neighborhood by the beach, popular with sunbathers and surfers. Trendy hotel bars and casual cafes line the boardwalk, as well as shopping.
